WebSked Demo and Trial Information

WebSked Demo

The easiest and fastest way for you to initially explore WebSked is to schedule an online demonstration with us. The demo will review the highlights of the key program screens and give you the chance to visualize how the programs can be customized to meet your needs. These private demonstrations require approximately one hour and are offered at no cost to you. They are conducted by a ByteBloc Software trainer using the Internet and telephone, and will give you the opportunity to ask specific questions about how WebSked could help with your scheduling needs. ByteBloc Software wants to make sure that you become comfortable scheduling with WebSked. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a time for a demonstration of one or both of our programs.

We can accommodate access to our demos from 15 separate connections/computers, so that both you and many of your interested providers can see how WebSked will help simplify your scheduling, schedule maintenance, and payroll tasks. To take advantage of this opportunity you will need to have both a telephone and a high-speed Internet connection available. For demos in which the providers are in one room, a speakerphone and projector screen may be necessary. For demos in which the providers are in multiple locations, we will require everyone's email address so we can send their individual demo login instructions.

WebSked Trial

You can try out WebSked for three months at a nominal fee. This trial is available whether or not you have previously done a demo with us. The cost of a three-month trial of WebSked (which includes full use of the EPSKED program) is the payment of the setup fee. During your three-month trial period we will provide full technical support for both EPSKED and WebSked. You will be able to observe how both programs can work together to meet your scheduling needs. If you choose to subscribe after the trial period is over, the subscription will begin at the start of your trial.
