Deactivate the unselected shifts.
Deactivate Shift: Click on the 'Manage Activity' button from the 'Shifts' screen to continue. The 'Activate or deactivate shifts' dialog box will display. You have the option to confirm shift to deactivate. Deactivated shifts will be omitted from new schedules.
