Copy the rate values for a provider to one or more other providers.
Provider to use as the source of the values to copy: Select a provider's name from the drop down menu to copy the data to other providers.
Providers that should have the pay rate values assigned to them: Choose the check boxes next to the provider names that need to have the same pay rate added.
Select all: This option will 'Select all' check boxes by default.
Unselect all: This option will 'Unselect all' the check boxes at once.
