Provider overview (login and view schedules)
Here you can login, change your password, enter in provider comments, confirm hours worked, check provider availability to switch shifts, and access the provider portal to view your schedule and other provider's schedules from the Main and Individual schedules.
User Options
Here you can manage your email notifications, text messages, calendar feeds, schedule appearance, display options, and print options settings from the Staff tab.
Shift Requests Part One
In this video, you can access and enter in your requests, and enter in a provider comment from the Shift Requests screen.
Shift Requests Part Two
In this video, you can mark multiple days off at once, change availability, select specific times, request to work specific shifts, and select sites.
Shift Requests Part Three
In this video, you can enter in a comment for your schedule administrator, view your requests history, change your workload, and print your Shift Requests.
