Restricted request periods

Define days when off requests are restricted

 

Schedule administrators can specify periods of time when either no request or only wish-off requests are allowed.

 

 

  1. Add Restriction: Add period when off requests are restricted

  2. Edit Restriction: Edit the request restriction period currently selected

    3.  

  3. Delete Restriction: Delete the request restriction period currently selected

    4.  

  4. Restriction period: Select your schedule Start date and End date period by clicking on the specific dates from the calendar pop up.

  5. Allow wish-off requests: 'Wish off' requests can be included. A 'Yes' or 'No' will be displayed within this column.

  6. Allow assignment requests: 'Request' shifts can be included. A 'Yes' or 'No' will be displayed within this column.

  7. Date created: A time stamp of the date and time when the request was created will be displayed in this column.
