Forgot Password

End users can reset their password from the 'login' page.

 

• All you need to do is click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and enter in your email address.

 

• You'll receive a temporary password.

 



 

• You can save the logon by checking 'Keep me logged in' check box on the login page and when you're done working do not log out just close the browser.

 

• You'll have to open bytebloc.com and click 'Login' within a browser on your computer to change your password. There are 2 ways of changing your password. In the 'Profile' button, select the 'Change Password' tab to make the update or you can click on the 'Staff' tab > 'Change Password' button.

Note: The password has to be a minimum of 12 characters long, with one or more upper case characters, lower case character and digit.
