How to deactivate a provider account
You cannot delete provider accounts due to existent data. However, you can deactivate provider accounts.
- Select the 'Staff' tab.
- Search for the provider's name.
- Click the check box next to the provider's name and choose the 'Edit User' option from the top menu.
- In the Privileges tab, uncheck the 'User active at this location' check box.
- Lastly, click the 'Save' button.
- The provider account will become inactive and will be removed from the active Staff list of end users.
