Repeating Reports

Manage reports scheduling to run a regular basis.

Rules that apply for repeating reports:

• At present, 'hours', 'shifts', and 'excess provider workload' repeating reports are available. The 'Cumulative summary' repeating report will be added later.

 

• The report owner (creator) must be a location administrator for all of the locations included in the report.

 

• The report recipients must have the 'Admin View Only' privilege for all the locations in the report.

 

• Recipients are notified by email of a new result for a report.

 

• Results for the report are retained for a limited period, after which they are automatically deleted.

 

• Reports are inactivated when no result for the report is accessed for an extended period.

Note: The email that notifies the end user that a report result is available includes a link to download the result file. The end user must have an active account and be listed as a report recipient to use the link.
