Update provider name
If you need to update the provider's name or 'Print name', it can be accessed from the 'Staff' tab. The Print name might be misspelled or the last name has been changed.
- Select the 'Staff' tab.
- Search for the provider's name in the search bar.
- Double-click on the name in the grid or select the 'Edit User' button from the top menu.
- In the 'Main' tab of the 'User' window, you can change the last name.
- Then you can scroll down to the 'Privileges' tab, underneath 'User is a provider at this location' check box.
- The 'Print name' is listed below 'User is a provider at this location'; here you can edit the name.
- Lastly, click the 'Save' button.
- All notifications and schedules will be updated with the new last name and Print name.
