- Proposals for shifts listed in the swap meet can be viewed within a monthly calendar
- Location administrator can have a collated printout of all request schedules or individual schedules emailed to them
- All day comments and location notes entered by all providers for a schedule are available from the schedule version screen
- Location notes are available as read-only text from the shift request screen after the due date has past for the requests
- Specific providers can be prevented to participate in either trade or split change proposals
- Users and providers can be imported from an Excel spreadsheet. The upload allows for both creation and updating of users and providers
- Multiple day cycles can be assigned to providers
